Doing business with Posey’s was a pleasure. Both Jeff and Lisa were so helpful and informative. They made me comfortable through the entire process and explained everything in a way I could easily understand. When it was time for fitting my hearing aids, Jeff spent a long time explaining things to me and making sure they were right. I never felt hurried or pushed through any of the process. And they scheduled me back in a week just to do any fine tuning. I would highly recommend this business!!

I recently had an appointment to see a hearing aid specialist and had such a positive experience at Poseys Hearing. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. He also shared helpful information that I didn’t even know to ask about, which I really appreciated. Beyond that, he was very personable, patient, and accommodating throughout the entire appointment. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such genuine care for people. I honestly wish I could continue seeing him as my specialist even if my insurance carrier changes in the future. Highly recommend!
